Insurance
I am licensed by New York State and if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, you will likely receive reimbursement.
I am an in-network provider with Healthfirst insurance and United Healthcare. However, many of my clients who have
Aetna, Cigna
and
Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield
health insurance receive excellent reimbursement for psychotherapy.
Reduced fee services are available.
After a consultation and we decide on your weekly appointment time, I do charge for missed sessions as this is a time that is specifically arranged for you. With advanced notice I can usually offer alternative times and dates.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
